  • Libby Lewis

In Episode 20, we tackle the big question of whether or not musicians in church should be paid… this is a big one. And you might be surprised by some of our dialogue!

We discuss some of the positive and negative effects that paying (or not paying) musicians can have on a worship team. At the end of the day, how are we best supporting and inspiring growth, community, and unity within the local church to the best of our ability?

For this episode, we brought in our panel of worship leaders and musicians with Worship Online – Libby Lewis, Brenton Miles, and Shalon Palmer – Laughter is inevitable when you get these three together… it’s also key to a healthy conversation about something that could be considered controversial… so enjoy the craziness.
