“Humility is being comfortable in your own skin.”

The opposite of humility can look different. It can look like insecurity, arrogance, lack of self confidence or self worth… whereas some characteristics of someone who walks in humility, is service, confidence, and influence.

Confidence is key to healthy leadership, but leadership is a bi-product of service. If you don’t serve people first, then how will you know how to lead?
