Episode 82 • How to Build Stronger Relationships by Supporting Your Team Members with Matt Podesla

  • Written By
  • Libby Lewis

In episode 82 we are joined by one of the most genuine, selfless and talented members of the Worship Online team, Matt Podesla! Matt is an incredible guitarist who’s played for artists such as Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, John Mark McMillan and currently tours with Matt Maher. You also may have seen him on our site teaching guitar tutorials!

Today we are talking about pouring into the next generation and building lasting relationships with your worship team members. It all sounds so simple, but I’ve always been amazed by the amount of bitterness that eats away at even the most successful worship teams.

Listen in and if you play guitar, check out all of Matt’s guitar tutorials at worshiponline.com! (first 2 weeks are FREE)
