It’s so easy to replace our time “with God” with “doing for God”.
Even our personal times of worship can sometimes shift from intimate encounters into preparing for a set, jamming, or writing.
Those things aren’t bad & they have their place! But in those moments, they are distracting us from our time with the Lord.
