Austin Davis Bio

Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Austin Davis embarked on a professional music career as a touring drummer at just 17. He spent years touring on the road with Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes. He started writing with Kari as early as 2014, credited on the single “I Am Not Alone,” part of her celebrated album “Majestic.” This partnership blossomed into a long-term collaboration with both Kari and her husband, Cody Carnes, earning him writing and producing credits on hit songs like “First Love,” “Heaven Invade,” and the church anthem “Firm Foundation (He Won’t),” later covered by Maverick City and Chandler Moore. He has been a critical creative force behind multiple albums from The Belonging Co., contributing to tracks such as “The Dove” and “Everything Is Changing.” His latest work includes the title track “I’ve Witnessed It” for Passion’s 2023 conference album.

Residing with his family in Nashville, Austin Davis is truly an incredibly impactful figure in the world of worship drumming. His dual talents as a drummer and producer make him such an incredible collaborator.
