She grew up a pastor’s kid, earned GRAMMY nominations with her family group Forever Jones, spent 12 years in youth ministry, and just made a record called Shiloh with three generations of her family on it.

Early Life
Born Dominique Jones and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, DOE grew up in a musical, ministry-centered family. As a teenager, she began performing professionally with her parents and siblings in the gospel group forever JONES, earning GRAMMY, Dove, and Stellar Award recognition.
Professional
DOE later launched a solo career, gaining wider attention through Jonathan McReynolds’ “Cycles.” Her albums Clarity and Heart of a Human established her as a distinctive voice blending gospel, R&B, Christian music, and worship. Heart of a Human won the 2025 GRAMMY for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. Her third album, Shiloh, releases in August 2026.
Personal
DOE’s music is deeply connected to her faith, family, and real-life experiences. She is married to Orlando Palmer, and motherhood has become an important influence on this season of her life and songwriting.
